In 2022, we were given of ownership of the BIKTARVY branded website, BiktarvyHCP.com. As the creative lead and art director on the project, I was excited to have the responsibility but knew the challenges that would come with it. Initially, the site was given to me in a bunch of disorganized Photoshop files so my first step was rebuilding the entire site in Sketch. Once the site was rebuilt, I updated the Virologically Suppressed Patient page for the first time in 4 years to include 3 new studies, added videos from our Real Conversations video series, and updated some of the user experience of the site, including updating the navigation from a hover to a click. I worked with our copywriter and medical teams to make sure all the information and graphics were correct and was the primary contact for our UX and tech development teams to oversee the project come to life.

 

Shortly after this update was launched, I began a full site refresh that launched in fall of 2023 that included a deeper update for the user experience, creating visual hierarchy and establishing colors that are AAA compliant, and unique UX compliant ways to consolidate information to decrease the length of pages.
